What is "Keeping The Faith?"

I was doing my psychology homework earlier, but I just couldn’t focus. So I decided to rant about what I was thinking.

So, what is keeping the faith?

It’s when it’s 3 in the morning. You’re editing the last bits of your English essay. You just can’t stay awake. Then you go on youtube and look up DBSK videos. All of a sudden, you’re more energized than ever!!!

It’s when everyone’s in the car, jamming to Black Eyed Peas. And then you pull out your iPod and listen to Mirotic….b/c it’s worth it.

It’s when you write DBSK over and over again on your empty Starbucks cup, even though you can be doing something more productive.

It’s when you’re worried that no one will post in their thread, so you bump it with something like, “I love Changmin! biggrin.gif”

It’s when you can’t sing for your life, but you still sing to all their songs!

It’s when you defend them when others say they look like girls.

It’s when you rant on about them forever in front of your friends, even though none of them care.

It’s when you try to convert those friends who don’t care.

It’s when you spend summers and springs taking Japanese lessons because you want to be able to communicate with them. Of course Korean was your first choice, but the local community college doesn’t offer it.

It’s when you looks up lyrics so much that you have unconsciously learned some Korean without realizing.

It’s when you remember every hair color each member has ever had.

It’s when you notice the subtle changes in the way they hold their mics.

It’s when you think that Junsu is better at English than Micky.

It’s when you stay up until 4 in the morning to watch them live on TVAnt because they’ll be on for 10 minutes at the end.

It’s when you think that was worth it because they’re DBSK (and they took off their shirts for like 3 seconds!).

It’s when you make stare at the sky at night hoping to see Cassiopeia.

It’s when you try to draw out the shape of Cassiopeia on your keyboard.

It’s when you know that they have more airport stalker pics than actual photoshoots.

It’s when you put your itunes on shuffle and DBSK’s songs are played every other time because 1/3 of your whole playlist are DBSK songs.

It’s when you think a possible mini album comeback isn’t enough after such a successful 4th album.

It’s when you realize how ungrateful you were when you thought that. Because they might not even be together anymore.

It’s when you know how much of a vacation they need.

It’s when you defend their old crazy hairstyles, or styles in general.

It’s when you wish that Micky’s stylist would give his poor hair a break and stop changing it every other day.

It’s when you don’t care if any of them has had any plastic surgery.

It’s when you take a nap and the whole world can’t wake you up, but someone puts on a DBSK song and you jump up from the couch and start singing along.

It’s when you try to go to Vegas and stalk down where Jaejoong bought his bag.

It’s when you yell at yourself because you couldn’t go to the Hollywood Bowl.

It’s when you tell people you’re marrying Yunho on April Fool’s Day, but you only end up disappointing yourself because it’s not true.

It’s when you paint your nails red because it’s DBSK’s color.

It’s when you think you should be tired of DBSK and then move on to another group, but you come back to DBSK b/c you realized how amazing they are. And then end up ignoring every other group out there.

It’s when you see resemblances between some other group and DBSK, but you still think they’re just copycats.

It’s when sometimes you’re so deprived of DBSK that you look at those members because you haven’t seen the five together in so long.

It’s when you think they had the worst debut songs in Korea and Japan, but still download it and memorize every syllable.

It’s when you can only fall asleep when you think of them.

It’s when you write crazy fanfics that can never be reality.

It’s when you find yourself tearing up while reading/writing this.

It’s when you find yourself smiling like an idiot at something they said, even though you don’t understand. But you laughed because they did.

It’s when you don’t care how annoying it is to have 10000000 different ways to spell their name, because they all define your five favorite people in the world.

It’s when you fail at math and say that 5-1=0.

It’s when you know all the tattoos they have.

It’s when you know that Jaejoong doesn’t know how to say “love” properly.

It’s when you watch that live performance of Proud and cry along with them.

It’s when your know they aren’t running out of breath when they sing Love in the Ice. And you explain to your parents that it is supposed to be that way!

It’s when their birthdays are more important than your own.

It’s when you suddenly stop and take a look at this list and see how true it is.

It’s when you miss the old days.

It’s when you’re worried they’ll be forgotten.

It’s when you know you can never move on.

It’s when you wish you could turn back time.

It’s when you finally accept reality.

It’s when you still have hope after accepting reality.

Because that’s keeping the faith. Because that’s the life of a DBSK fangirl. Because it’s you. Because it’s us.

And it’ll never change.

ALWAYS KEEP THE FAITH.

What is your preferred pace of life?
When time passes slowly or When you are very busy?

Answer: When I am very busy.
“I’m now in between the two, I don’t dislike this (pace of life) but I like it when I’m really busy.” While answering, he maintained eye contact with his manager, like he was signaling for the manager to pile on more work!

Which type are you?
Afraid of the Cold or Afraid of the Heat?

Answer : Afraid of the Heat.
“I prefer winter to summer, so I’m probably afraid of the heat. Even if I catch a cold or fall sick because of the cold, I still like winter better~” However, because of the drying effects of the air-conditioner in summer on his throat and skin, he seemed to avoid using it as much as possible. Is this also a sign of his professionalism showing?!

Morning or Night?

Answer : Night
“Whatever it is, I’m just bad with mornings. Yesterday night, there was a magazine shoot till really late, and I was still perfectly fine even at the later parts!” Declared the night owl. By the way, whenever he can’t fall asleep at home, he would watch TV, or listen to music. A recent favourite of his is Keri Hilson, who will be performing at Summer Sonic.

What do you do when going out in the mornings…
Take your time or Go out quickly?

Answer: Take my time
“I take about 40 mins to an hour to get ready in the morning. From taking a shower to picking clothes…and you definitely cannot miss breakfast!”said Changmin, who doesn’t go a day without taking breakfast. Moreover, it’s shocking that he eats rice for breakfast every morning! Because its two guys living together, this is remarkable!

[TRANS] 100723 SPUR.JP - Yunho’s Special Video Interview + Video Transcript

Everyone, have you seen Yunho’s special interview in the September issue ?

All wrapped up in the fall/winter wear, the charm of “Model Yunho” is exhibited in this photoshoot. Different from before, a more heart-pounding side of him was discovered by the end, and the staff felt confident. That being said, he is still an artist and knowing his fans, even though his photos are great, they want to see a real side of him, talking and moving, and this is the honest opinion. Because of this, we have made a special video interview that can only be seen on SPUR.JP!

Be it questions on acting or facing new challenges and such, he answered each interview question carefully, and was very sincere. As he was listening, he seemed to give a little smile and this was a charming side too. Also, the magazines’ photography landscape can be seen. Together with the staff, sometimes giving laughter, and sometimes drawing sighs, his poses were definitely beautiful. Yunho’s charm drew everyone in, and I was hoping to share a bit of this atmosphere with everyone reading the magazine. "So this is the other side of the 6 pages!?” while thinking about this, please enjoy the special movie!

Your feelings on today’s shoot?
I enjoyed it! Because I wanted to show everyone a new Yunho, I was really happy.

You looked like you were sweating during the shoot, wearing Fall/Winter clothes?
I don’t really sweat…but it was hot! It was really hot, but I worked hard for the shoot.

You were given Fall items to wear for today’s shoot, what fashions do you like for the upcoming fall/winter season?
For fashion…as usual, accessories, such as sunglasses, boots, gloves, turtlenecks…there are many things. I usually look out for such items, and are things I enjoy more.

What are you personally looking forward to this season?
It’s probably snowboarding. I really like snowboarding. I already bought all the equipment beforehand. It’s all new, and I’m looking forward to it.

Please tell us some news about your personal life.
Recently, I’ve taken to bowling, and I’ve ordered my own bowling ball. And, I’ve got a new record. 235 points. It’s a new record.

Everyone, this time I’m here as an actor, and I hope to show you many sides of Yunho. Moreover, because I want to work hard towards a presenting the new Yunho, everyone please take care of me.
